This steeply pitched roof incorporates an elaborate design of our state flower ... the dogwood. During the restoration each piece of tile in the pattern was hand-cut by the selected craftsmen of ncroofers.com to precisely re-create the original design. This was a project carefully done in conjunction with the Historical Society.

This installation of interlocking, textured Clay Roofing Tile received a
national award citing "excellence of application".
The color blend ,as seen in the tiles, was initially sorted (on the ground) where the appropriate color selections and blends were determined before transporting the product to the roof surface. This step is vital in assuring the most attractive visual effects including shadings in the finished component. An unusual aspect of this prestigious roof was the use of stainless steel screws to secure the tiles.
